    Financial Administrator

    We are now looking for a finance administrator who wants to work
    100%. The service is expected to start immediately and is a permanent contract.

    Your duties mainly

    In our finance department, we make sure that the right numbers end up in the right place, pay and get paid on time, and that everything is in order; therefore, you are an important piece of the puzzle in our business. In this role, you work with supplier accounts. You work independently with reconciliation and preparation for the accounting firm. You manage payouts, carry out internal and external investigation work, handle debt collection and reminder management, and monthly and annual accounts.

    You will work with administrative tasks such as keeping records at meetings, handling calls and documents, and making orders. It is part of your tasks to handle invoicing and accounting of supplier invoices. You will also work with budgeting, reporting, salaries, and participating in closing work.

    You have studied economics, and it is an advantage if you have worked in the invoicing system Fortnox.

    You have a good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

You will work against corporate customers in Greater Stockholm with mechanical safety such as shutters, aluminum & glass parts and security doors, etc.

    To fit the profile, we are looking for, you need to be well-organized, have a professional approach, be disciplined enough to manage your own schedule. At least 2 years of experience being an outside seller in the field of mechanical safety. Big plus if you already have an established contact network and are interested in security.

    When the tempo is high, it is important that you work purposefully with several customer visits per week and that you are driven by delivering results. We will attach great importance to your personal fitness.
